1. Eligibility to Participate
1.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and must be residents of Denmark.
1.2 Eligibility for a chance to win a prize is granted when dining at participating Thai SELECT restaurants with a receipt totaling at least 799 DKK (Take away included). This campaign does not apply to online orders via food delivery services.
1.3 Eligibility for participation is limited to customers of participating Thai SELECT restaurants in Denmark, which includes 13 restaurants:

- Wokshop (Amager)
- Wokshop (Frederiksberg)
- Wokshop (Hellerup)
- Wokshop (Lyngby 1)
- Wokshop (Lyngby 2)
- Wokshop (Odense)

1.4 Participants must complete the online questionnaire and provide their full name, address, phone number, and email for contact purposes together with the receipt as a proof of purchase.
1.5 Each receipt can be used for one entry only.
1.6 The right to join the prize campaign is reserved for participants who comply with the campaign rules and conditions during 16.08.2024 – 15.09.2024.
2. Prize Description
2.1 The prize is one economy class ticket : Copenhagen-Bangkok-Copenhagen sponsored by Thai Airways International.
2.2 This campaign consists of two economy class ticket : Copenhagen-Bangkok-Copenhagen. Each winner is eligible to win only one prize per draw. Once a winner has been awarded a prize, he/she will be excluded from another prize in the same draw.
2.3 The ticket is only valid on THAI AIRWAYS and the schedule changes and delays are beyond our responsibility.
2.4 The ticket is personal and cannot be transferred or refunded, one ticket will be issued for travel during the period 15th September – 10th December 2024 and 1st March – 11th June 2025 subject to space available.
2.5 Duration of stay must not exceed 3 months, and the ticket must be issued before 30th November 2024.
3. Announcement
3.1 The prize draw will take place on September 17, 2024, at Spinnaker Nordic ApS.
3.2 The Organizer, the Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy, Copenhagen (OCA) will contact two winners by telephone and e-mail within 2-3 business days.
4. Conditions for claiming the prize
4.1 Winners must present a photo ID (passport or driver's license) to claim their prize in person at Thai Airways office in Copenhagen. The OCA will arrange the date and time for claiming the prize. Winners must report within 5 days from the announcement date. The name on the ID must match the name of the winner.
4.2 Winners are responsible for paying applicable taxes and other surcharges on the flight ticket.
4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to change the details of the prizes without prior notice.
4.4 The prize draw and the decision of the committee are final and binding.
4.5 The Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy, Copenhagen is not involved in the distribution of the prizes and will not be responsible for the quality or services related to the prizes. Winners must contact the supplier directly for any issues.
4.6 Employees and their immediate families of the Organizer, Spinnaker Nordic ApS, Thai Airways, Poonchai, Ranee’s, and Wokshop are not eligible to participate.
4.7 The Organizer is not responsible for internet issues, fraud, or incorrect information provided by participants.
5. Prize Exchange and Dispute Resolution
5.1 Prizes cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or other items, redeemed in part, or transferred to another person or entity under any circumstances.
5.2 In case of disputes, the decision of the Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy, Copenhagen is final.
5.3 Other terms and conditions are as determined by the Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy, Copenhagen.
6. Privacy and Publicity
6.1 The Organizer may collect, use, or disclose photos, videos, names, and other personal information of the winners for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
6.2 The Organizer will retain personal data until the completion of the campaign. Winners can access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data by contacting the Organizer as per the details provided.
7. General Conditions
7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, including prize details, without prior notice.
7.2 Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7.3 This competition is not sponsored, supported, administered or associated with Meta. The competition is only administered by Thai SELECT and their partners.
7.4 The sponsor, Thai Airways International, is responsible for the economy flight ticket only and is not liable for any additional expenses or issues related to travel.
